I brought in a pre-purchased Easter basket for a name embroider. The name was embroidered in the wrong color when I called and spoke to Libby she recognize the color was wrong based on my order sheet. She offered to refund the price for the embroidery. She said it was not possible to pull out the stitching on my bag and replace with the correct color. I asked her about replacement of my bag since it was not salvageable and in the correct color that I needed. She was hesitant and not obliging. She said if I wanted to go that route I would need to repurchase the bag myself which also includes a shipping fee bring it into her and then she would see about refunding the cost of the bag but I would then have to give her the original bag so that I did not have both bags. So you want the customer to have to do the legwork of replacing something you ruined and pay shipping for it and re-drive it to you and go pick it up from you because of your error? She was not helpful and, frankly, rude. this is terrible customer service! Not looking for anything for free simply want good customer service and what I paid for and for my item not to be ruined.
