Texas Furniture Hut

We were planing on custome build an entertainment center in our new home which was going to cost us aprx. $8000. I stopped by TFH since I pass that store on my way to work and back everyday just out of curiosity. I was impressed with their quality and prices. A beautiful massive wall unit grabbed my eyes that really fit my needs, salesman explained to me how is it made who is made by and they got the best price on that particular collection. It really had a very good price on it a lot less than what I was gonna pay for having one built. But I was not ready to buy yet. I went home spoke with my wife showed it to her on their web site. She liked a lot too. shopped it on line to compare prices we were shocked how much of a low price TFH hut offering that unite for. Next day my wife and I went back there and got it, they deliver it the same day, it looked so awesome. We are so pleased with our experience at TFH.

The furniture was well made and less expensive than the big stores. I was completely satisfied with my experience. I furnished two rooms for less than $6000. WOW

Deceitful . They'll tell you what ever they need to to get you to purchase, then when it comes time to deliver, they deny they made promises

We bought 3 leather flexsteel couches from TFH a year ago. Since then we moved to AZ and came across some difficulties with the mechanisms. Luckily we had bought the protection plan so that I could get them repaired. I will say I was not having very good luck with Montage Furniture Services who held the policy as they gave me a hard time fulfilling their obligation, in fact they decided they were going to drop my plan and reimburse me retroactively. I then got on the horn with Tariq our salesman from TFH and explained the situation. I must say he went above and beyond the call to make the situation right. He worked diligently to find a place here in AZ to send the mechanisms to and also got our plan restored. It's comforting to know that there are still stores out there that stand behind their name and promise. Thank you so much Tariq!

Nice and clean store with good selection and great prices, i went there looking for a sectional for my new home in Cypress and i saw one which is made by Broyhill and it fit my needs perfectly. Shopped around online and the same sectional at Gallery came out 500 more so the choice was obvious. They also had 18 month financing which clinched the deal and i bought that piece. got delivery next Saturday and its way cheaper at 49 bucks. Happy with the experience and will go back there again

I bought a Legacy bedroom with a Stearns & Foster mattress for my new home in Cypress. The quality of the furniture is great and I have never slept better. I love my new mattress. Prices were great too. My salesman was very helpful in choosing the right mattress. He was very well informed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great time buying furniture for my new home in Galveston at this store. They had good quality at affordable prices and they had it available for immediate delivery to my new beach house in Galveston. I bought three bedrooms the living room and a dinnette set. I saved a lot of money and got better quality than the chain stores I went to. I will be back to buy more for my home in town.

while the quality and prices are good they employ deceptive sales tactics. We specifically told the salesman that we were looking for dining room furniture with a counter "long" counter height table. The salesman showed us the perfect table, except it was table height and not counter height. But he said he could order the same exact table in counter height. $4200 later they delivered a much shorter version of the table in counter height. At this point the salesman and the store manager / owner were rude, arrogant and unwilling to help. .Don't waste your time or money on this establishment.

I went to Texas furniture hut what a pleasant surprise. No pressure just great furniture at affordable prices. I shopped everywhere and their prices, service and quality were better than any other place I went. I furnished most of my new home and am completely satisfied with everything I bought. Go there and find out.

I've got to tell you. This place should advertise more. They are right across 290 from the golf course and they have incredibly well made furniture at ridiculously low prices. They even sell sofas made in Texas. I had a home built in Town Lakes and I bought all the furniture I needed from them. It looks great in my new home. No hassles, headaches or games. Just good ole fashioned business!!! I am going to recommend Texas Furniture Hut to all my friends and relatives here in town. Grateful

I bought an I comfort directions mattress at Texas Furniture Hut and I absolutely love it. It is the most comfortable, coolest mattress I have ever owned. I haven't slept through the night in years and now I am doing it almost every night. Bad back problems. Thank you Texas Furniture Hut for helping me choose the right mattress to help me sleep. great place to shop. Best prices in town.We furnished all our new home we just purchased from there for almost half price where we were going to buy from some other well known furniture store here in Houston.I will recommend this place to anyone.

I found this furniture store in Cypress called Texas Furniture Hut. Go there you will love their furniture and their prices. After shopping everywhere in Houston for years I now have a go to furniture store. I can get everything they sell everywhere else and save money. No hassles just have fun. Pat

I was shopping for furniture for my new home and I came across Texas furniture hut. I am very happy that I did. I bought the same high quality furniture I had looked at elsewhere for much less. They only charged me $49 for delivery too. Great sales people and delivery guys. I will recommend this store to all my friends.

Don't make the same mistake we made! Once Texas Furniture Hut has your money, it's to heck with you if you're not satisfied with furniture! The owner, Amir, is the most arrogant, unbelievably rude, doesn't care one way or another whether you're satisfied or if you're a repeat customer. We bought almost $4,000 worth of furniture from Cypress store, they lied to us and didn't tell us one piece was on back order. Waited almost a month to get everything then when we get one piece home we notice that it's apparently been dropped during transportation because the entire underneath frame is bent. We call the store and they say they'll send someone out to repair it. We say, no, we didn't buy rebuilt or repaired furniture, we paid a lot of money for NEW furniture. Owner says he doesn't care whether you put the furniture outside on your curb, he say's we probably damaged the furniture ourselves!!! What?!?!?! Are you kidding me??? Go ANYWHERE ELSE and spend your hard earned cash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We ordered over $1000 of furniture from them. Realized one piece was not what we thought when we looked at model number online at home. Called back immediately and was told that it wouldn't be a problem to refund us that portion of the order since they, themselves, had NOT ORDERED the pieces yet. When we got to the store, however, they refused to refund what had not even been ordered yet! Tried to work with them and ordered another piece we could use but they refuse to give us the small remaining balance back on our credit card. Spoke to EXTREMELY rude owner/manager on phone and was told he didn't care a hoot if I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I guess they don't give a hoot about keeping good customers either. Wouldn't set foot in this place again.

We bought a living room set from TFH. After delivery, we noticed a fairly subtle defect in one of the pieces. Our salesman (Tariq) worked very well with us to resolve the issue. Once we provided photographic evidence of the defect, we were given the choice to receive a replacement piece or receive a discounted price. We chose to get the replacement piece, which was delivered a couple of weeks later. The original piece was left with us until the replacement arrived.
