they come back at no charge and attend to your concerns with a smiling face.

These days you cannot get that kind of service and guarantee of workmanship.

This company tries to convince you to sign a contract without stipulating what the final cost will be! They say, "We'll negotiate with your insurance company to get a good amount." But what they don't tell you up front and clearly is that they have in mind some exorbitant amount (which they won't tell you!) and that when your insurance does not pay them that much, they come to YOU for the difference. Talk about over-exposure! One of their salesmen even tried to get items on the claim summary from us that LEGALLY do not belong to them, according to Texas Windstorm. Steer clear of this company!
