Communication is fantastic and process is clear. Dr. Nurudeen made herself available when we had questions. Ashley is so amazing and caring.

I LOVE Dr. Nuerdeen, and the whole team at the Fannin location. I would not have been able to get through any of this journey without the constant guidance, support, and care of Judy and Elizabeth. Everyone is always there when needed, and even made coming in each time exciting. My experience has been wonderful and I appreciate everything. I would recommend your practice to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Nurudeen has been amazing. Very attentive to our needs and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. She was reassuring and even when things did not go as planned, she was transparent and accommodating. Very knowledgable and professional.

Dr. Nurundeen was amazing throughout this whole process. I feel my protocols were tailored and adjusted according to me, which was awesome. I researched Dr. Nurundeen before selecting her as my doctor and am thoroughly impressed. I trust her wholeheartedly. I had amazing nurses(Judy and Jenese). Jenese always took time out to explain things to me and was basically there for me through all of my crisis. I had a few major bleeds and Dr. Nurundeen made the right calls by monitoring me more closely and putting me on bed rest and pelvic rest. She was so compassionate and thorough in my treatment. The ladies that draw blood never hurt, as I have small veins and they roll. Blood work was always a breeze. I love HFI and will definitely be back for my next transfer. Overall, I had an amazing experience. The process was long but worth it.

We really enjoyed our time here at HFI. An otherwise scary and unknown experience was made simple and pleasurable. We cannot wait to come back for baby #2!

Very nice. She always answer my questions. Very caring. I can tell she really wants me to have a baby. She gives me hope when I needed.

All the staff was always willing to answer any questions I had and making sure I knew where I was in the process. While not giving to much information to cause concern, made sure everything was documented in the portal for my reference. The only thing I could have see more of was confirming what the results of different tests meant, I did not ask and could have but that part of the portal was not clear on what the results range should have been. It was confirmed with me that everything was normal.

We had a great experience using HFI. The Cypress staff is personable and knowledgeable. We loved getting to know them through this process and appreciate them taking the time to answer any and all questions we had. Kristie was amazing and supportive. We are pleased with the results.

The staff at HFI Cypress location actually care for you. My overall experience has been great and I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family. The doctor has been great and informative about all processes. The staff from the first office reception to the nurses and including the lab work lady is very helpful and will make you feel very comfortable. Very happy with my experience.

Our experience have exceeded above expectations. From our doctor to her staff everyone was warm and welcoming from the moment we started our procedure. We started with low confidence due to 3 unsuccessful IUI procedures prior at another fertility center, however, from our first consultation with Dr. Nurudeen she gave us the tools we needed to ensure a successful procedure. Here we are a year later 10 weeks pregnant after 1 successful IVF procedure. On the behalf of myself, my partner and my family we cannot thank our HFI Cypress family enough for our blessings.

These folks are angels. They are caring, funny and confident about the care they provide all the things you need while trusting them with your hopes and dreams of starting a family. From the very first day I knew I was in the right place and that this was the right time. The Cypress team made sure of it. They answered every email, phone call and question and laughed at my jokes. They also reassured any concerns and followed through on requests.

On one occasion I was not prescribed my medication in time to be ordered, but the staff let me have their in house supply so it worked out. I appreciate the kindess of the nurses and the optimism yet professionalism of the dr.
