Houston Air Comfort

I had a very pleasant experience with Royal Air this weekend. They had done work for us before through our homeowners insurance company over a year ago, but when our AC started emitting a strong burning plastic smell in the middle of the night on Friday, we were told by our homeowners insurance that no one would even be in touch with us until Monday. So I called Royal Air, and they were able to send someone within 24 hours, which was amazing. Joe was the technician, and he was polite, patiently explained everything, and got our AC up and running in less than an hour's time. I really appreciated the professionalism, and quick response time.

The salesman did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need and their prices are competitive. Very professional crew. Made every effort to clean up afterwards. They were courteous and efficient. We bought them lunch and they were very appreciative. The system is working fantastically. The follow up with the office staff over a couple of odds and ends items have been handled courteously Nd efficiently. I recommend Royal Air Houston for your AC and Heating needs.

The Royal Air techs that have worked on my HVAC have done a great job! They were on time, made sure all my questions were answered, and the equipment was in good working order. Will be using them again!
