I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! TELL YOU WHY!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT TIMELY CALLS OR REPAIR, NOT HONEST, GAVE ME BACK MY LAPTOP IN WORSE CONDITION THAN I GAVE IT TO THEM, HELD MY LAPTOP FOR UNTIL I PAID THEM ADDITIONAL $295 BESIDES THE $79 THAT I PAID FOR DIAGNOSTIC WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. I STILL HAVE BROKEN COMPUTER, WASTED TIME AND MONEY. NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT HOW THEY COULD AFFORD THAT BIG PLACE, IT ALL MAKE SENSE. DON"T GO THERE!!!

I will not give this business one star.
The Guy name Mohammad is very rude and claim -he knows everything. He is a Ass.. and don't know how to fix computer well. I will never take my Laptop there. Nobody should go there ---They are doing very bad business practice. I will report him to BBB.

I took my faulty lap-top to them. It took over two weeks to conclude there is nothing that could be done. No calls made to follow up. I’m very dissatisfied.
