CCL Cleaners

Wow this freaking place. I have never wrote a review on any business considering some businesses make mistakes and just plan old bad customer service, however, this place is below that point of view. I walked in there to pay for items in which includes Burberry gucci and Louis Vuitton items but was stunned when I dropped off the same pieces one time and was charged an amount by the owner and then a different amount by the sister n law (who claims she is the owner, LIES, owner is the guy). Let’s just take a side note to say if one baby girls items cost more than the entire dry cleaning (which I’m used to) I am not going to be difficult or trying. Nonetheless, this place tried me and thought just because they say a few friendly things and always pay not looking at the bill or caring that they would get over on me this time. Little did she know two weeks prior I dropped off the same amount of clothes so why has my bill TRIPLED. I rationalized and said maybe because there were stains or something surely? Nope! She started yelling and didn’t want to let me speak to the owner or manager and just told me these were her prices even though they weren’t listed (let’s not forget to mention when I first ever dropped them off she told me the flat rate of 2.49) now it was 16 dollars this then 10 dollars that then 5 dollars that and I’m like are you serious. My husband on the phone and can hear everything said babe she just told you everything was 2.49 a piece. I could go on and on and on but long story short it was God himself and being thankful of his many blessings that kept me from going completely off on this lady like I could and should have. All I can say is this all and all keep going to this place and you will eventually get screwed they take advantage of you and that’s what I’m not okay with, ITS NOT THE MONEY (not trying to brag but my items are very expensive so it’s truly not about the money) it’s just the wow you really tried It.

I am a resident of Cypress Creek Lakes subdivision and this cleaners lost one of my favorite polo shirts and would not admit to it. You are advised to check all of your clothes before leaving. If you are missing an article, they will not admit or replace it. Very rude people.
