The guy below me wrote about fifteen reviews all on the same day, I think he owns an a/c business so I wanted to review ACE. Let me tell you, the a/c went out on a Sunday night, of course, I called a company and their tech showed up at 10:00 p.m. and told me the unit needed replaced. He got it running though it didn't last. I called ACE on Monday and Nick showed up on time about 1/2 hour later. He told me the unit didn't need replaced and fixed it, permanently. He also showed me a 4" filter that was sealed into the unit upstairs by whoever installed it. I never knew it was up there, 8 years, I didn't know it was up there. Nick was courteous and professional, he put booties on his shoes when he came inside my house and put down a blanket to protect the carpet when he went upstaris. I would highly recommend this company.

So I got a wild hair and decided to change the thermostat on our home. Well I didn't shut the power switch to my furnace and after two hours of trying to change the thermostat to the new one and then back to the old one we determined that I broke something. So after my hubby being pissed and of course it was after hours I called one repair person he told me he could not get to me until two days later, JMoore would come late next day and then I stumbled on American Comfort Experts, I filled out the form online and within an hour I had a call back. David showed up about 10:30 pm that night and stayed until he fixed the blown fuse in the furnace and he was kind enough to change the thermostat the right way for us. The pricing was AWESOME as they have a fixed flat rate and I was more the happy with writing the check. So Thanks to ACE, not only did I not have to sleep on the couch w/ no heat he saved me from several hours of listening to my hubby complain that I should have listened to him in the first place and turned the power off.

We struggled for years to keep our house cool from July through September, so we finally decided to bite the bullet and get new air conditioners. I spoke with several companies and decided on American Comfort Experts, not because of price but because we were so impressed with the guarantee and all that they offered for service and maintenance. They started the work the day they said they would and finished when they said. They were clean, timely, respectful and genuinely interested in making us happy. They did just that. We can keep our house on 70 degrees in 100 degree weather and it keeps up no problem. And even better, because we have 3 units our hot summer electric bills would be $900 to $1100 dollars just to keep our house at 78 - 80 degrees, I highest bill this (very hot) summer has been $435!!!! We could not be happier.



We seriously have recommended Doug and American Comfort Experts to everyone we know! You get unbelievable personalized service and they keep their word! Today, that is something that is very rare!

Very good about coming out, carefully examining the problems, and getting the job done! Nick was insightful and very helpful about explaining the options. New furnace was installed quickly, carefully, and well. I would not hesitate to call them again.

we had a very positive experience working with Nick Shelly and ACE. Nick showed me how I could save money by not replacing our furnace, just our AC. I asked him what he would do int my situation and I feel he was honest and stright forward with me. I would feel very comfortabel recomending Nick and ACE to freinds and nieghbors. I think they used good equipment and the workmen were neat and professional. They stayed and completed to job done to my complete satifaction. I feel for sure that ACE will be there when I need then.

I had called ACE Saturday night at 9:30pm on a Holiday weekend (Easter) after returning back in town. The AC had gone out and was not cooling. I recieved a call back within 3 minutes and Brad came out and was here in less than 15-minutes. He got right to work, had the AC up and running very quickly and the cost was minimal. I was impressed with there curtesy, promptness and overall care for our problem.... This is a Five Star company!!!!

American Comfort Experts (ACE) recently replaced our AC/heat & all duct work. We obtained several bids from competitors and selected ACE not only because of price but maily because of the time Doug spent talking us through what would be involved with this major expenditure. Just as he commited to, they were on time, considerate of our home by cleaning up after the job and explained everything before leaving. As is often the case, the real test of service comes after the sale. We had a minor adjustment issue that needed addressing and they did so promptly and with the same consideratin of our time as prior to the sale. I would definitely recommend them for ac/heat work and will most certainly be using them for regular service in the future.

Doug came out on a Father's Day Sunday and repaired my A/C in less than 1.5 hrs. He was quick and the prise was right. Great guy. 6-20-10

Was looking for a quote to upgrade my A/C with possibly a second central unit for the always hot upstairs. Doug advised me that while this is an option, its costly and I can get same or similar comfort levels with a couple different options that are more economical. While here he checked out the system and quickly found it needed maintance, repair and a freon recharge. The A/C is working MUCH better now for the entire house. Service charge was reasonable and appreciate the honest and courteous advice. Good guy!

American Comfort Experts has exceptional service. We called in desperate need of their services. He answered right away and came over within the hour and not even charging an after hour fee. He saw the problem right away and was able to explain to us what needed to be done. He fixed the problem right away and even beter was the price. We joined the club for all of his future services. Completely recommend this company and completely satisfied with the service.
