Management are worthless will try to rip you off and never respond to problems with their properties

Beware of this company, Karam Building/Company/etc.

Because I can only submit a 4000-character review via YellowPages.com, I will provide my review in a nutshell...

I and 3 other roommates were previous tenants. We were VERY good tenants (despite the record of not-so-good tenants that Karam had). We did EVERYTHING in our power to strictly follow the lease in order to ensure our security deposit because it was so large (precisely $975.00).

Regardless, beware of Karam.

I honestly thought that they would be more understanding, honest, and willing to work with me but they've proven otherwise.

They treated us like we were insignificant (overlooked questions/needs we had and never returned phone calls), were very untimely (it took many requests and weeks to get any maintenance issues resolved), and now seem to be trying to take all the money they can from us (withholding our security deposit for an alleged problem they're hold us responsible for BUT will not allow us to enter the house to see the alleged problem for ourselves).

We've gone to a lawyer and know our rights as tenants and previous tenants.

Now, we're fighting for our security deposit (all or portion) and will most likely be suing Karam soon.

is there a group lawsuit. we are out of state and we left the apt in a better cleaner condition than it was when it was left. I would give negative points if there is one. Please let me know if there was any solution you found or someone we can approach
