Game Trader

We had a playstation that needed repairs so I dropped it off one day. They never called to let us know it was ready so for months and months we'd call every so often and noone ever had an answer for us. They'd either tell us to call back when 'Tim' was in (half the time when we asked when that would be, they didnt even know the answer to that) When we did reach Tim, who was supposed to be the manager, he never even had an answer for us as to why it was taking so long. They finally told us where they sent it to be fixed (found them in the phone book because they didnt have the phone number to give us, they are in the falls also, I think they were called Pro-Tech or something like that) All attempts to reach that place, and find out what was going on there, failed also.

So basically we handed over our playstation to them to get it fixed, and never got it back.

These people need to get their stuff together. This happened a couple years ago and I am just now getting on here and writing this review because I just happened to be thinking today and you know what,I did get mad again. Thats just not right what happened to us and people should be warned. We never even got an apology.
