Fast and Easy pick up. My truck was delivered within the time frame they initially stated. I'm surprised to how easy it was to ship a car. This was first time. Nationwide Transport Services had great reviews so I had to add another one. They always called me back an kept me updated as to the status of my truck. The driver was great as well. No payments were taken until they had a confirmation pick up date, Great service, If i need to ship a truck again I know the company to call NATIONWIDE .

Incredibly fast service, These guys actually gave me the light of day I was looking for, I was working with Marc and I can say that he knows his stuff, transported my CTS over to Seattle for a move that has been delayed for quite some time. Once I got nationwide on the phone they got to work right away, I was astounded by how fast they worked and for a good price too. I was first worried once they asked for my credit card then I was immediately pleased when they said I can also pay on delivery, I had a great experience with this company so you should try them out if looking to do business.

Nationwide has helped me and my family out so much. As much trouble we gave Nationwide, constantly rescheduling pick up dates and times, they were fully helpful and easy to work with. Julian( the associate that set everything up for me) was also extremely patient with us. I appreciate this company very much. They also shipped my car right on time. This is incredible! I call it the deal of the year for me as I celebrate a cocktail of benefits and still counting savings, enhanced quality and timely delivery. I have imported several cars from New York to California but have never felt more content with a transaction as with this one. A timely delivery seemed so elusive with past imports but Nationwide Transport delivered my car in time just as we scheduled in the payment agreement. On arrival, I cross checked the car against the initial description as sent to me earlier and it is simply amazing how every agrees with the paper work. I have no complain whatsoever and this has built my confidence and trust in this company. I cannot look any further for a company that is true to every letter, the quality of service delivery and competitive price, I concur that Nationwide Transport Services are the best in New York. I will also recommend Nationwide Transport Services to my colleagues who have been disappointed by other companies in car importation. In the past, we have experienced hitches in the whole transaction process from price agreement to shipping period and condition of the car on arrival but this is simply amazing, a company that keeps its word.

Great Company! I spoke with SAL R. He was very informative and helpful, he explained how the transport works from A to B and it was perfect from start to finish. My first choice was Montway transport but after they did not return my phone calls for 2 days and when they DID call me they were calling to ask for another $100!! I was obviously upset. I decided that I will go with a reputable 5/5 star company from then on. My next choice was another company that didn't seem like they were very professional so I kept searching, (at this point I was considering driving). Then a miracle happened - I spoke to SAL with Nationwide Transport Services LLC!!!! From the start I realized that SAL was experienced and knew what to do! He did not tell me a cheap price knowing it will not move- He told me a perfect price! ($50 cheaper than what Montway try to raise me to). I decided to lock in the spot. I couldn't be happier with the timing and driver (extremely kind). Also another great plan with Nationwide is that you don't have to pay ANYTHING upfront! I paid everything on delivery once I saw my car safe on arrival! (that was the 2nd best part). So I would just like to help anyone researching this company that they are great and deserve your business!! Thank You

DO NOT use this company. First they asked for a deposit of 125.00 which i paid. only after I paid the deposit they informed me that the quote they gave me was too low and they needed to raise the price to find a driver. They did that twice and I finally was fed up with them and asked for my deposit back. WOW what a mistake to deal with Nationwide Transport services. everytime I called and asked to speak to the manager they would say he was not in and I was obviously talking to the same guy he would just change his name. a month went by and they didn't do it. I finally had to go through American Express which took another month to get my deposit back. What a bunch of scammers. STAY FAR AWAY PEOPLE.

This company is unethical. I have never felt compelled to write a negative review before. I wish I could put zero stars.



Problems:



1. Took over ten days to pick up the car.

2. Did not return phone calls or e-mails.

3. After they took possession of the car they raised the agreed contracted price.

4. Would not deliver car unless I agree in writing to the new price that is about $300 more than the contracted price.



5. Car arrived damaged



6. BBB rates them a C+ although their web-site claims an "A"



This is the worst experience I have every had with a company. You have now been warned.

This place is great!! I recently chose Nationwide after dealing with a few other companies that could not deliver, so after all the companies i called Nationwide had the BEST PRICE!!! AAnnddd they picked up my car the SAME day ... couldnt have been any better

We talked to this company on the phone and received a quote to ship our car across the country. We like the amount, so we agreed. They sent us our order and we thought we were all set. When they showed up to deliver the car, they insisted that we owed them more than what we were quoted over the phone. After reviewing our many e-mails, it turned out they issued two separate orders under different order numbers from two separate representatives, 12 minutes apart from one another. When we called to talk to them about the discrepancy they were unprofessional, rude, and uncooperative, to the point of dodging our phone calls completely. They parked our car in some parking lot until we paid the amount they said. They also claimed they never charged the deposit to our credit card, which they absolutely did. The bad part is we can't really do anything about it since they had the higher amount in writing. They never notified us, other than the obscure e-mail, that the price had changed. My guess is they use this business tactic on many people over the course of a year and make thousands of dollars doing so.



If you go with this company, make sure you double check everything and keep in mind, if something goes wrong they will do everything they can to make it as difficult as possible.

We had to relocate and could not transfer all of our vehicles. We called Nationwide Transport Services, LLC. to help us out. They showed up on time and handled all of our needs to auto transport our vehicles. Very professional !

I am completely blown away with how fast they had my car picked up although it was headed to California, I didn't give them much notice because I had a family emergency and they worked with me the whole time. I really really appreciate your service and help. Thanks a million.
