Twisted Taco

Terrible. Service was awful (due to the buffet style atmosphere). The server just dropped the tacos at our table without even a smile, plus, she offered us no plates. Finally, the AC above us dripped all over us and our undercooked food. When we complained, we were told (after screaming to get the cashiers attention, as she would not turn around and look at the people two feet behind her) that this was normal and had been happening since they opened "LOL". We loved every single other TT we have ever been too, but this visit tonight made us hate the entire company. If there was a zero star rating possible, this location earned it.

I have visited more than one Twisted Taco in the past. This was very disappointing at best. May as well have gone to Moe's. I want to be waited on. I don't want to stand in line to order my food and drink. We will not return.

Not like a twisted taco. More like a moes. Wish is was like the other ones.
