Turnkey Renovations

This guy was recommended to me. He was hard to get in touch with and did not do a good job of returning phone calls. When I finally did connect with him, he seemed competent, and as it turned out, he did decent work on a small repair job for me, but I trusted him and made the mistake of paying him before the job was 100 percent complete. After that, I could never get him to come back, and he hardly ever responded to calls or texts. When he did respond, it was with wild excuses. Bottom line, he seems capable of adequate work, but be prepared to put up with poor communications and don't make the mistake of paying him before the work is done.
