If EVER I’ve read a mission statement...this is a total and complete crock of doo-doo! I’ve honestly heard it ALL!

Apparently Mr. “A” hole Apollon believes that just because he’s the owner of this pharmacy and that his father preceded him in this industry, that it gives him the right to be obnoxious, obstinate, condescending and at best a complete IDIOT...screaming at me for close to 30 minutes and then refusing to fill my prescriptions.

I’m not in the least bit interested in a dissertation of your resume, nor how many cars you posses in your fleet, nor how many people you employ, nor how many pharmacists you staff, nor how many customers you have, nor how long you’ve been in business. I’ve been doing this FAR LONGER than you...49 years & counting!

NEVER in all my life (50+ yrs.) have I EVER been disrespected, screamed at, belittled nor shown such flagrant disrespect.

Your behavior is intolerable, unforgivable and APPALLING at best!

The following is “The Pharmacist Oath”:

“I promise to devote myself to a lifetime of service to others through the profession of pharmacy. In fulfilling this vow...I will hold myself and my colleagues to the highest principles of our profession’s moral, ethical and legal conduct. I will embrace and advocate changes that improve patient care.”

By far you lack the basic principles and moral obligations of ANYONE in the healthcare industry...and society for that matter. Your complete absence of virtue speaks VOLUMES of the type of individual you are.

I’m certain that you delete any and all negative reviews from your website. Rest assured, this has been forwarded to the bureau which oversees and manages business owners in this industry.

A Former Customer

After reading multiple glowing reviews of all the staff members & the excellent customer service, I decided to give my business to Lakeside Pharmacy. Since I live an extravagant distance of 35 minutes away, this decision was well calculated.



Today I drove 35 minutes to get to this pharmacy and you would never guess what I'm doing instead of picking up my prescription I drove 35 minutes to attain. I'm waiting outside. I'm waiting because these kind, selfless individuals decided to take lunch early. I'm an ER nurse, work stressful hours & (guess what?) I can probably count on one hand how many times I've eaten a meal at work in the past 12 years. So, I'll continue to sit and wait outside your pharmacy, writing poor reviews of your highly regarded pharmacy until your lunch break is over.



A little advise... Put your lunch hours on your website so people like myself, that have many others things better to do than wait while you close your pharmacy at 1210 to eat, can plan ahead.

Be advised- your body will adapt to one or another product after time-sleeping or pain is a big one. Look at the pills- watch how you feel- pharmacy's will change suppliers and thus pills change and you deal with the side effects- LIKE NO SLEEP FOR DAY's until U figure it out-they don't tell you - your responsible- it's all on you -bs

The one place in north GA that always seems to carry whatever you need. Have an oddball medication, they'll likely have it. Convenient and more than adequately staffed to be hyper efficient.

Great Pharmacy ! Fast. Free Delivery ! They always have everything my family needs even when countless Pharmacies were out. I love the family business atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I don't understand the low ratings for Lakeside. I have found them great!! I have chronic medical conditions that require hard to get medications and they have been great with working with me to make sure I am taken of. The service is fast and friendly. And they deliver! I think their service is sooooo much better the other "big box" pharmacies. Best part it this is a local family run business with great and loyal ties to Cumming and the surrounding areas. .
