With two auto and a major water damage claim during that time, I can say the customer service and personal attention to our situations when we needed it are why I wouldn't let anyone else cover my insurance needs! Dave Harden’s State Farm agency has been amazing in every category . I have had multiple policies with him for over 15 years ! From homeowner claims , auto claims , and overall monitoring of all my policies I have been beyond thrilled with him and his office as a whole . Dave's office made mistakes on my homeowner's policy and transfer from out of state. They did not communicate properly after having done so. I am still not sure some things are corrected. State Farm is a wonderful company so I contacted State Farm corporate to be switched to another agent. Dave called to ask why. I stated the reasons above and Dave said, "I just want my customer's to be happy." and hung up on me. Yet another reason why I will be transferring to another office.
