I built out-of-state and Liana came to the job-site to measure. She noticed that the builder was using support beams with large knots and holes and made them replace them. she didn't just provide an amazing kitchen and baths for us, she made extra accommodations and recommendations to assure we felt taken care of way above and beyond her scope of duty; she even created a laundry shoot with a cabinet - ingenious!
