Dr. Daily herself is ery pleasant but her office staff leaves a little to be desired. My son had a "non"surgical procedure done in their office the code they used to bill my insurance is something the insurance company considers a surgery so I was charged an outrageous price just for freezing a wart on my sons toe (they never even touched it). When I called to see about them changing the code I was immediately spoken to rudely before I even explained what I was calling for. She very rudely told me it is the same code they use with every insurance company and they would nt change it (this was after I asked her if I was speaking to the billing department and she responded with"just tell me what you need". The wait time in the waiting room has also been extremely long every the we have gone. Because of the attitude of this woman and the lack of customer service, I canceled my appointment I had for the same day and will not be returning. I had suggested this office to a friend on Facebook and now I will be reversing my referral. Too bad for Dr. Daily that this young woman has such a bad attitude. She has now lost me as a client.
