Randy's Flowers by Endless Creations

We moved to Culpeper 2 years ago and I have been using Randy's flowers for all my flower needs

I am sorry to say that the last 2 times I have ordered flowers I feel that I have been treated as a disposable resource

I ordered Roses for our anniversary on Dec 26, I used the web site to ordered them earlier in the week.

I was not informed nor was it on the web site that they would be closed that day.

I went to work thinking that the flowers would be delivered on Dec 26th and they never came so I tried to call and got no answer, on Friday the 27th I got a call and the person said we are sorry but we were closed the 26th.

It would have been nice have this info when I was ordering on their web site or even a recorded message when I called .

The next time I ordered flowers was last Sunday again on the web site,when the flowers arrived they were not what I ordered

when I called Randy's flowers to ask what happened? I was again treated like I was expendable,I explained that the flowers I received are red carnations and the ones I ordered were candy striped, the person on the phone said that they haven't had candy striped in a very long time.

I then ask why they are on the web site and his response was I will go check I my have to take a picture down.

He then ask if I wanted to have white one delivered and my response was no.

I said this because if I wanted white ones I would have ordered white ones.

Please don't get me wrong the flowers have always been beautiful but the customer service and the up keep of the web site could use a lot work.



Sorry that was your last chance with me I will not use your services again.
