        Overall

        By far have the best Italian beef on the planet! The place is fantastic. Every Portillos has theyre own custom theme from time. It is a great time to bring the whole family or just by yourself for lunch, dinner whenever!

        Best for the Money

        The Portillo's in Crystal lake has the best food. They also stand by their product. We had purchased a large amount of food for a party and we were very diappointed with one of the large salads. We contacted them and we were able to get a replacement without a charge and it was very good.
