Mr. Duct was very professional and thorough. They were there for 4 hours and everything they said they would do and would share with us and show us on video was done. Their service was outstanding and the workers were knowledgable and friendly. Although they are on the higher side cost-wise, what you get from their service is worth the extra money. I would highly recommend this company.

Never having had our air ducts cleaned before, I started my search online. I promptly received a very reasonable quote and when I called to schedule the work, was impressed with Tom's friendly and professional attitude. We were scheduled for the next day and given a two hour window, which was met. The men that did the work were very courteous and worked non-stop for the three hours it took to complete the work. I was shown the interior of one of the ducts via lighted camera before cleaning, (unbelievably disgusting) and after cleaning and was amazed that they were able to do such a thorough job. We noticed a stronger output through the vents and lack of the strong dust smell that would hit the moment we walked in if the heat or A/C was blowing. Mr. Duct has won our business and we plan on using them again every 3-4 years as recommended.

Everything went very well. The person I spoke to on the phone prior to the service was informative and very accommodating. They were able to fit me in the same day I called. The staff that arrived to perform the service handled the job in a professional manner and were good at explaining what was going on and how it worked. I would definitely recommend your service to family and friends.

The company and the guys did an excellent job. They were VERY careful of everything in the house and I must say my "mystery smell" is gone. I was surprised what a thorough job they did. It was well worth the money and there were no surprises.
