Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

*Avoid the Crystal City Cricket Wireless location.*

Issue was the phone was broken by Cricket Crystal City employee there, shoving a pocket knife into the phone to get SIM card out & then under tray several times ripping out the prongs, broke the phone and charged for new service.
Was told too bad, your stuck with $68 charge,including the activation fee,no way to use the new service charged for the broken phone (handed to me in pieces),etc.

Originally the Crystal City store manager said they couldn't help us out and to drive to different locations to find a cheap phone to replace the one her employee broke, that we financially was out the money and to spend more on another phone. (Hence how we ended up at Desoto location after driving all over.)

Hours later she compensated the phone after speaking to general manager & my husband .

So yes issue is resolved. But as a consumer, I want the public aware of level of service good and bad.

Don't ever let a employee take out your SIM card & don't ever hand over money till phone is already activated and functioning !!!! (Now we know)
