Manipulation Therapy
. It is based on Western neuroanatomy and modern scientific study of the musculoskeletal and nervous system. Needles are inserted into points that correspond to identifiable nerves, motor points, and trigger points in muscles. Dry Needling is based on these points not, meridians. It has been shown to be very helpful in treating musculoskeletal problems like tendinitis, athletic and sports related overuse injuries, post traumatic injuries, motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries. It is very effective in treating joint pain such as shoulders, hips, knees, etc. It is especially effective when used in conjunction with chiropractic manipulation.
