Asian Buffet

I've been to this Buffett several times and went again today 6/16/2015 for lunch with a friend but won't ever go back again .when we arrived at 2:30 pm they only had 4 people in one booth.we was seated some of the food was cold such as the Corn Nuggets and Egg Rolls.I see why the place was empty never seen it like that before the waitress was on her cell phone the whole time we were there.one other man came she seated him about 10 minutes later 4 other people came in and she seated them. they sat behind us and was talking about the waitress being on the phone. I turned around and told them we was there about one hour and she never got off the phone. taking orders bringing drinks and clearing the tables continuing to talk and if that wasn't bad enough she had it on speaker phone some of the time.when I went up to pay the bill she still didn't get off this was 3:45 pm. I asked her when the owner would be in she told me 5:00 pm I told her I was going to call and tell him about her being on the phone the whole time she said sorry well I called at 5:10 pm a man answered I asked him if he was the owner he told me he didn't do business on the phone and don't call again.so guess what I called again this time when he answered I told him if he was the owner I have a complaint about the waitress being on the phone he told me he had a complaint about me and told me don't call again hung up so I didn't call .I didn't think it was the owner telling me that.because all the times I've been there in the past he's been very friendly and talked with him several times.well I was still in Crowley at 5:45 pm so I went back to the restaurant I had to pass there on my way home because I live 20 miles from there in Eunice La I walked in the restaurant it was empty this time of evening they should have had people eating dinner but I see why there wasn't anyone there.the owner was standing behind the register the waitress was leaning over next to him writing something I then asked him if he was the owner because I had a complaint about the waitress and I pointed to her and told him about her being on the phone the whole time we was there. he pointed to the waitress and told me she was the owner and he was too that she was his wife. I then asked him if that was right for her to be on the phone the whole time waiting on customers he said yes.so I cant give this even one star because they don't deserve it and I won't ever eat there anymore Rob Landry Eunice La had to give a star to post

Unprofessional, unfriendly service.. Nasty food .. I guess you have to be from Crowley to like their food .. I don't recommend anyone to eat this place.

Clean , great food ,good service, will eat again.

Sushi is the best for being a buffet. Volcano roll is my favorite! Great place!

Clean with great service and even better food. The sushi is to die for as is the Hitachi grill.
