        Overall

        The problem with a dryer door popping open repeatedly with no heavy items in it. Manager was prompt to see to the issue. Dryer still had 17 minutes left on timer. Manager could not resolve an issue with the door. Promptly moved me to the dryer next to it and added 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Manager was very nice and courteous about the problem and resolved it right away. I will continue to do my laundry at this laundromat.
