        Overall

        I had surgery on my right elbow, which helped some. I still continued to get pain in my elbow when I used my right hand. Dr. Hands did one dry needle treatment on my right elbow and arm and I am 95% recovered. I cannot wait till my next appt. He is also helping me with my headaches and back and neck pain. After an appointment with him it is so much easier to go on long car trips without pain.

        Great experience and found solutions for my back pain and headaches. Dr. Hands helped me get back on track. I would not hesitate to send anyone else from the Bowie or Crofton area there.

        Went here back in Feb and have been with Dr Hands ever since. Great attitude and really cares about my input into my health and how I am progressing. He is great
