Masters Roofing

Master's Roofing - the name says it all! I have used Master's Roofing for years for various properties and personal homes. They are prompt and keep their scheduled appointment times. They are always courteous and respectful - giving a full description of the problem and the solution to fix it. I am always provided with a written estimate for repair costs. Then they show up to do the work when they say they will, professionally with care for craftsmanship and care for my property! Outstanding work and service. Highest regard for Master's Roofing!

I had Masters Roofing replace my entire roof due to my neighbor working for them. The work was completed on 8/6/2012. Their roofing work was very good but there cleanup, driving too long of nails into my porch roof that came through the roof was poor and very visible. There is also a weather vane on my roof that when they reinstalled it doesn't look to have been done correctly because what was then straight is now leaning over and looks like it may fall off the roof and may hurt someone or damage the roof. When I contacted Masters recently about removing the weather vane, they wanted to charge me an excessive amount to remove it. The owners of Masters Roofing seem to not care about customer service, making something right, or taking care of a customer. Unless this issue is corrected, I would recommend to you to use another roofing company; someone that cares about it's customers once the job is completed and paid for.
