Worst Dental Experience of My Life - I was repeatedly lied to, rushed in and out and pressured at just about every step of my visit at Floss 32.
Made an appointment weeks in advance for a cleaning, exam, x-rays and filling.
Showed up early, they took x-rays of one tooth. The dentist came in, examined my tooth for 3-4 seconds, explained they could do a filling but would probably hit nerve and cause a root canal. They then said they were ready to start drilling and could put in a filling.
Feeling uncomfortable, I opted to get a more professional opinion and asked to just proceed with the cleaning.
At this point, after being there 5 minutes, I was told they didn't have time to do the cleaning, exam and x-rays I scheduled.
They charged me the full price I was supposed to pay for a full cleaning, exam and x-rays and said if I wanted to come back they had an appointment available in 35 days but I'd need to pay a much higher price as I was no longer a new patient.
Overall an extremely shady and unethical experience.
