Crestview Urgent Care

This Urgent Care has been fantastic. They have always been there for me when I can't get into my Primary Care doctor. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. I have been on three different insurances United Healthcare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Molina Medicaid, and they have been able to take all three of them which is fantastic. I would highly recommend this place to anybody needing to be seen for things ranging from UTI's, flu, skin abscesses, broken bones, or stitches, all of which we have been seen for throughout the years.

Highway robbery. Will take your money and run. Only after a month of phone tag did someone attempt to resolve my issue. They offer a discounted visit for 25% off. That is only $30 off a $120 visit. Then I would have paid $210 for 2 months of a $4 prescription. That does not seem like a sound healthcare plan.



O' and by the way. They also said... We are not a traditional walk-in clinic. We want you to go to a family doctor for your scripts. That's why we do this. They have no information up front about only giving you one month script and every other walk-in clinic I have ever been to at least does 3-6 months.



You are right. you are not a traditional walk-in clinic. You are con-artists.

I feel like I have been swindled. I went through the whole process of being seen and paying my $120.00 up front for service. Only after being led away to the front was I told they could only give me a script of my needed medicine for ONE MONTH. They then after all this tell me I will have to be seen again if I want to get my medicine again. It is a normal prescription for blood pressure.



The lady at the front finally after some debate told me to call back at the end of the month and they could get it re-sent one or two more times. I called back..... The answer from everyone was no. They said I would have to go to a family doctor. Every walk-in-clinic I had ever been to would prescribe my medicine for at least 6 months and they told me they are not that kind of clinic.I asked for a discounted follow-up and they said no again.



If you are wondering why poor people are abusing our health care system, look no further. Thank you Crestview Urgent Care. You are the reason people like me are forced to abuse the busy ER system. I paid all my health care money for several months to you at one time. You were happy to take but not actually caring enough to do a real job.

PA Bogan Mcquigg and his staff are excellent. Front desk was very quick at finding my insurance info and was very polite and helpful. The nurse who took me back was very professional and great at her job! Great team work at crestview urgent care and I would go back if needed and recommend to anyone who needs good health services!

All of the staff from the front desk to nurse to X-ray tech was excellent .... didn't care for the PA's bed side manner...I know they are busy, but he wouldn't give me 3 minutes to even talk to him.
