Cranston Housing Authority

My mother lived here and towards the end of her life she hated it. The place is filled with drug addicts running the halls and management who seem to love intimidating feeble older women. The place even actually towed her car and wouldn't tell her where they put it for almost a month. The only reason she wouldn't press charges is because she was so intimidated by them. She would fear calling maintenance because of the chastise she would receive. If you care about the person who is considering this place do NOT rent here.

I have recently moved out of state. I find the executive director rude. I belive that a management shake up is neccessary at this housing authority. Get someone that actually cares about the tenets. In addition the executive director fraudently signed my name to have a payee for my va compensation monthly check. They have modernized the building <new cabinets> that are cheap looking. The lobby is a first rate redesign though, resembling a first rate hotel. And they have over charged me for rent. There has been numerous pan-handelers seeking money from the tenets, and the executive director look condensendily on veterans.
