One word BULLY. No tall tale in these reviews. We fell in love with a home and it felt like our dreams were finally coming true. We submitted an offer and were accepted....that's when our dream turned into a nightmare. We received the purchase agreement and it was fine except we recommended ONE simple clause of an appraisal contingency to protect ourselves. Apparently this Colletti fella thought that was absurd and after being very rude to our agent made an ultimatum that we had 5 minutes to sign the contract or he would pull our offer.(we received it less than one hour before this) He claimed we weren't even the highest bidders and he would move on without hesitation. We knew we had presented the highest offer and had a hefty down payment to back it. He claimed the home was As-Is and take it or leave it (not in the contract). We stood our ground and he then proceeded to allow it (because he knew we were the strongest buyers..aka lying to us). He then gave us a whopping 8 days to order, schedule and recieve a full appraisal or the contigency would be waived and when asked if those were business days he said "absolutely not" knowing well that the weekend and a holiday were within the time limit. Thanks but no thanks. We walked away knowing he would be terrible to work with especially once he had our deposit. Needless to say, avoid him and his company at all costs. Buying a home in this market is stressful enough without people like this bullying you into closing a sale. We are taking our money elsewhere and hope others learn from this before being subjected to such unprofessional and rude behavior.

Stay away! Bottom feeders. The other review had it right: POS, bully. I'd rather live in a tent under an overpass on Rt 95 than buy anything from this Coletti mafioso.

This company is run by a bully. I rented a condo from them for one year. I always paid my rent on time and in full (I proved it in a court of law) and when I moved out after my lease terminated (I couldn't wait to get out) I even shampooed the carpets and scrubbed the stove. The jerk actually took me to court saying I owed him money. (It was common place for his record keeping to be terrible and I was constantly being harassed by him for money I didn't owe). We went to court, it was proven I didn't owe any money. (I hadn't paid my last months rent and told him to use my security deposit for it). I did this on purpose because he was so shady. Well, guess what - it's been 3 years and this just popped up on my credit report as having owed him over $1000 and being evicted. Guess I'll be seeing this *cough* gentleman in court again. Think twice before you rent anything from this guy - it's going to cost you a lot just fighting for your honor in court. Not worth it when there are respectable people out there. Oh yea, side note, he actually sent us all a letter to the building we weren't allowed to wash towels, blankets or sheets in the commercial coin op washers HAHAHAHA what a complete idiot.
