Craig's Auto

My wife and I bought a newer model SUV from Craig's Auto in Craigsville, wv. A few weeks later, the radiator began to fail so we called them and told them about the problem. They felt bad about this so they had us drop it off at a reputable auto repair shop ( Moury`s), and even gave us a similar vehicle off their lot to use as a loaner until the new radiator was put in. They paid for the repairs and even coverered the costs to service the transmission, change the oil, a front end alignment, and other maitnance that was due. They are honest and digalent therefore I would highly recommend them. They could have left us to our own means but they took care of us like we were family. -W. Cooley
