Nikki's Grooming Room

Wanted to share my experiences with Nikki's dog groomers in chesnee south carolina. Don't take your dog there! I been taking my dog there for a year and had no problems till today...the women Sue was extremely rude to me right in front of my daughter and when I tried to explain to her she was agitated so I left. When I came back to pick my dog up I wanted to make sure everything was ok so I asked her was we good because earlier she misunderstood me and she really had hurt my feelings. I tried to explain to her what i was trying to and she still couldn't grasp what i was saying. She does a full work up on my dog for $40 thats bath, cut, nails and all. for $20 she would cut the face around the eyes and the rear. I was asking her about that because thats what I normally get for winter time and she said well for face, rear, feet and under the tummy its $30 I have NEVER heard this before tho I didn't want that i just wanted the bath with eyes and rear what i've always got.. she thought i said she did all that for $20 and kept misunderstanding me I said no I didn't say you did all that I just said you did face and rear.. she then said again that she NEVER did the $30 deal on my dog.. I then again told her no you haven't i have never even heard of the $30 thing all i wanted was bath, eyes and rear.. she said that was for $20 I'm so confused really. So, I just told her she hurt my feelings but no she kept fussing at me and then another customer came in and she started telling this costumer bad things about our personal conversation and pretty much putting me down like I couldn't hear what she was saying. I have never in my life been treated so bad from a business in my life. She had me so upset by time i left i started crying. When she just wasn't understanding me. So, I called her going down the road had her on speaker I asked to speak to nikki the owner and she said all rude and hateful why do you want to talk to her she's my daughter what you think she's going to do fire me? I said no but it's unprofessional to treat clients like that when all i said was you hurt my feelings and i wanted her to understand what i was saying cause she thought i said something different. Sue then said go to Hello female dog (had to put that PG tho she wasnt PG at all about it) and hung up on me. I'm sure with any bad review you will have your good ones and bad because of personal experiences but like i said i been taking my dog for over a year and i have NEVER had this issue before shes always been so sweet and nice to me. I don't know if it was a bad day or what but it still is NO excuse to make someone feel like bad and cuss at them for no reason at all.. I never was once rude or cuss at her. Tho i did tell her when i was leaving that its not professional to sit and talk about someone to another customer when i'm still sitting out side and could hear her while i'm trying to leave peacefully.I'm sure she don't care.. but, if she loses enough clients i think she will think twice about being a hateful person.
