Covington Teriyaki

This was THE worst teriyaki ever. Teriyaki chicken was ordered and there was next to no teriyaki sauce on the chicken. The chicken was under-cooked on the inside (pink) and dry on the outside. There was not even extra tracings of sauce on the rice (from the chicken sitting on top of the rice.)



The customer service from the so-called-manager, Mia, was way below acceptable. She did not listen and kept putting words into my mouth. I drove out to this location (30 miles) because this used to be an awesome place to go, got take-out, drove out to work (in Seattle) and Mia still wanted me to bring this back for a refund.



Mia tried to tell me that the sauce soaks into the chicken. Well, if that was the case then the chicken should taste like the sauce. Wrong! That was completely wrong...It tasted like dry, under-cooked, crispy chicken.



NEVER going here again. This was the worst $7+ I have ever spent.
