Elite Taxi - Also Serving Cincinnati Area

I have used Elite for a year now since I frequent the city for my daughter's surgeries and appointments to Children's Hospital. Today we decided to go for a walk to Walgreens. My daughter suffers from weakness on her right side, has a trach and complicated airway. She started to struggle and we needed help to get back to our hotel. I called Elite and was told they couldn't help me. Guess to them the fare wasn't enough. I looked at the guidelines for city cabs and they aren't supposed to deny service. I have always been a good customer and tipped my drivers nicely. I called back and explained I wanted his name to report him since he was denying my handicap daughter service. He said his name was Brain and to go on report him. The nerve of some people. Will never give my money to this company again. It's a damn shame that people have no compassion. My mother and I had to try and carry my fourteen year old back to the hotel. It was scary but thank God she is okay.

Horrible company! I called this morning early to schedule a cab to pick my mother up for a doctors appointment that was extremely important. They never showed up and when I called them 10 minutes after they were scheduled to be here, they said the cab would be here in minute, NEVER SHOWED UP. When I tried to call them again, they hung up on me. I tried a few more times to reach them and they hung up on me EVERY TIME! I would not recommend them to ANYONE. The worst customer service I have ever seen. To hang up on a customer is completely unprofessional! I wouldn't have given them even a half a star if the website didn't force you to rate them.

This was my first time calling a taxi service. The operator on the other end of the phone was friendly and it only took a couple of minutes to schedule a cab. Going to and coming back from my destination was great. Both drivers were friendly, punctual, and safe on the snowy roads. Their cabs were clean and there seemed to be multiple paying options! I was told by one of the drivers that they do Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati both, too! A+
