Dr. joy and her staff made me feel welcome... not another number. I was a person to them! they did a great job! I've suggested many people to them. and they like Dr. joy as well. keep up the good work!

If you want a doctor that works for the insurance company and not you, then this is the place to go!!! Awful service! I hope who ever needs to see this Doctor will read these reviews!

I would not suggest this place to ANYONE as long as the individual by the name of DAVID BOGLE works there. This so called man was seen by many witnesses including myself cursing at one of the nurses calling her a "F"ing B word WHILE a child was present in the waiting room. The police had to be called to get him out of the building. PLEASE ask yourself what kind of owner would hire a man like this and keep him for OVER A YEAR with this kind of behavior.

On week 16 of a foot injury due to a fall on the job, still doing the same therapy routine as week 3. An MRI was mentioned, but they are have been waiting on approval from the workman's comp for over a month. They seem to be milking the insurance coverage.

I am extremely impressed with Covington One Medical. I have been to doctors literally all over the world and I have NEVER seen a staff so caring and concerned. That means so much to me when I am sick. I never feel like a number or "just another patient." Response time is quick and care is good. Amazing, amazing staff...from the nice girl at the front desk to the wonderful nurses and PA. I would recommend this place to anyone.

After my visit to Covington One Medical I thought I have really found someone who cares. The entire staff was friendly and supportive. When I left, I was infromed of the other services offfered such as a wellness program that is suited just for me.



I am so excited to have found this gem in health care.
