        I ordered 2 items the day before and was told to pick them up at 11:30 the following morning cuz his mom had a doc's appointment. I was at nova's grill at 11:15am, and was told that the cook hasn't arrived yet. I waited for 30 minutes cuz the girl behind the counter told me that the cook was on her way. She never came so I left empty handed and didn't get any apology at all!!! So, my advice to you is... U better have a back up plan if you are planning to order from them for your party!
