Do not hire Mr. Hodapp. First go to your building and safety department and personaly find out about the requirements of your project. Mr. Hodapp will not do this and you might end up paying for something you should not have. He will do minimum effort, minimum work and try to get full payment prior to finishing the job. Good sales pitch, but very deceiving. Also, Mr. Hodapp is not an architect or an engineer. I wanted to give him zero stars but the system requires at least one.
