Cottonwood Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics

I went in with a horrible toothache and serious anxiety. The thought of a needle in my mouth terrified me. First off, they squeezed me in within a day of calling when I said I was in pain. They were all incredibly friendly and the dentist even sympathized with my fear of needles. He offered me several options for my dental work and didn't push anything on me or try to sell me on needlessly expensive procedures. He was very informative throughout the process which kept me calm and feeling in control. My boys went to the pediatric dentistry side and they loved it. They look forward to going back and keep bugging me about how soon they can have their next appointment. Even the boy who got a filling is excited to go back. I would recommend them to everyone!

I scheduled an appointment with this office and the day before received a phone call informing me that my request to NOT have X-rays would be denied. They lied and said that it was Arizona state law and they were not even allowed to look at me without first obtaining X-rays. What a load of crap! If a patient does not want a service they have the right to refuse it. The doctor then has a right to refuse to provide any service, but to flat out lie to the patient and mislead them, attempt to bully them into services they don't believe they need is wrong!
