Josh, a company Representative, arrived right on time as scheduled. He correctly evaluated my problem as a clogged filter. He uncovered the tank covers and brought in the owner's daughter, who was driving a pumping truck, to pump out the tank. They cleaned the clogged filter, checked to ensure the sewer and leach lines were working properly and arranged installation of a riser to quickly facilitate access to the filter for future cleaning. Very knowledgeable, experienced, straight-forward people running this family-owned business and providing professional service at a reasonable price.
