Chiropractic Services

Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments work with the nervous system, which includes the brain. The nervous system controls the function of every cell, tissue, organ and system in the body. Physical trauma, emotional tension, chemical toxins from food and the environment, infection, and even allergies can all effect the delicate tissues of the spinal cord and nerves resulting in nervous system dysfunction. Adjustments remove any interference to the communication between the brain and the body. The chiropractic approach to optimal health is to detect, reduce and prevent nervous system dysfunction, thereby allowing the body to heal itself.
Applied Kinesiology
He studied at the University of Michigan and The National College of Chiropractic. He has a B.S. in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees. He was a diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management. He trained in Applied Kinesiology in the 1970's with its founder, George Goodheart, D.C.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture points are located in small depressions in the skin called "gates." These depressions have been found to have a different galvanic skin response than the surrounding skin. Through these gates, a properly placed needle will access the internal circulation of Chi (life-force energy). The needle's placement and stimulation can restore normal flow of Chi when it has been blocked, as well as decrease, increase or redirect the flow of Chi.
