My boyfriend took his bear there and they cut off the feet and stole the claws. They knew he wanted a full body mount. They even confirmed with the taxidermist. They also took some of his meat! They have been reported to the DNR. We will be calling all news channels in the area as well as contacting an attorney for a civil suit! Bear hunting is very expensive and you are not garunteed a tag Destroying someones trophy is so wrong and they need to be made an example of to prevent other hunters from going through this! #boycottRandB

They over charge and don't give you all of your meat. Awful customer service and very unsanitary. They gave us some of the meat in TINFOIL that had already been cut and none of our meat was frozen.

The customer service was terrible, they do not return phone calls in a timely fashion. When I arrived late for my appointment I was told they were almost done killing birds for the day and they would not take my birds. I do NOT recommend R&B poultry processing.
