Driver was mean and rude, acted like the world owed him a favor, lucky i even payed him. And i hear most drivers are rude from others as well. I will not be using this service again, though sadly it wont do anything to dwindle their business because for some reason even though the drivers are rude and miserable to their customers, people still rely on them. Cortland needs an Uber, seriously.

Literally the worst cab company in America! Needed a cab to the bus station so I called an hour early and they told me to call back. When I did (30 minutes later) they said they can't get me and hung up. The woman on dispatch had a nasty attitude and was rude. Don't ride with them. There are plenty of other cab companies such as Martin's and Jay's Taxi.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. DRIVER IS ALWAYS LATE. THEN MAKES EXCUSES. THEN IS VERBALLY ABUSIVE.
