Horrible shop took a truck over there and they rebuilt the transmission and it still doesn't work right and they blame it on something that isn't even related to the transmission and won't make good on warranty until that's fixed when it clearly should have been fixed prior to putting the transmission back in

This place is what I call "My" mechanics. I go to them every time. They seem knowledgeable and anytime I have had any problem after getting the car back from them, they made good on making sure it is corrected, if/when the rare occation something still is not working to standard. The front office lady is very helpful and friendly! I would recommend

On a scale of 1-10:

Finding problem: 6 ( had to take car in three times brfore they could find the problem)

Explaining problem: 8 (Explains things well even if u dont know much about cars)

Speed of service: 10 (very fast service A++)

Friendliness and willingness to fix a mistake they made: 9 ( they have made a mistake but happily excepted the car back to relook it)

We took our car in for the thermostat a month ago and since then we have been back for the same problem 3 times. The 2nd time we took it in they offered to tow the car in free of charger but when we went to pick the car up they billed us for it. We only had they car back for maybe an hour and it mess up again. I will never go back and will never refer anyone to them!!!
