- Lott Physical Therapy and Fitness Center, located in Corsicana and Fairfield, is an outpatient Physical Therapy practice and 24/7 Fitness Center that was selected America's Practice of the Year by the American Physical Therapy Association in 2011. For the past 11 years our experienced providers have treated patients with acute back and neck pain, sports and work-related injuries and successfully guided patients to great results after various types of orthopedic and neurosurgery. Many of our patients transition and continue their exercise program in our Fitness Centers.Contact us for more information. Established in 2001. Lott Fitness Center is a friendly, full-service center providing a community-like atmosphere that features the latest in cardio and exercise equipment and free weights. We offer a variety of affordable membership options for individuals, couples, seniors, families and businesses. We are providers for many health insurance based fitness membership programs such as Healthways, Prime, Well on Target, Silver and Fit, Silver Sneakers, Global Fit, and more. We do not charge enrollment or annual fees and strive to keep our rates reasonable. We even offer month-to-month no draft, no long-term commitment options. Lott Fitness Center offers cardio entertainment systems, free daily locker use, towel service and full shower facilities. Cleanliness is our priority. Our Fairfield location includes 24/7 Virtual Fitness Group Exercise Classes, a full indoor studio and free child care! Our Corsicana location includes an outdoor heated, covered studio equipped with cross-training equipment.

Lott Physical Therapy is life changing! The staff here is so incredible!! Everyone is focused on your individual success, and will do whatever it takes to help you reach your goals. This is the GREATEST place to get physical therapy! I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

This is the Cleanest/professional gym and physical therapy place I have been to in the state. All of the staff are very friendly and willing to help no matter what.
My doctor from Dallas said this was the best Physical Therapy ever and this is 90 miles from the facility. All I hear is 'They are so awesome' form everyone in the community. My doctor was right - this is THE BEST therapy around and great people throughout. I think Mr James below maybe did not get Dr Lott's sense of humor - the group has a great sense of humor to keep us all meeting our goals!
Dr. Lott is a fabulous doctor who helped make my physical therapy visit enjoyable. I will certainly recommend him.
The first few weeks went well for me at Lott therapy. However, Dr. Lott acted in a very unprofessional and demeaning manner by yelling at me from across the room. I had stopped to answer a question posed by one of the other patients when Dr. Lott stated in a very loud voice for me to move on and failure to do so would result in a time out for me. This was directed at a 70 year old veteran that hopes his right to act stupidly is never infringed upon. I wish him the best, but will not recommend him.
