        Overall

        They ripped me off. They were supposed to order and install the new o-ring for booster pump. But instead glued old stretched piece with silicone and charged me $36. When I asked for the refund they could not even find the record in the system. Somebody pocketed money without putting into computer system. Their general manager Jimmy does not have any idea how to talk to the customer properly and make things right after his employees screwed things up.
