Keys Triple "G" Answering

This company answers the phone for my OB/GYN Office, the customer service this company provides is terrible! I called to get more information about Postpartum depression, as I was referred by my pediatrician and delivery Hosptial. The operator was very deeming mocking me calling about "post-partum just being a time period after birth". He continued to speak to me in a conceding tone and advised me to "Get Over It" and call back on Monday. After being belittled the entire time of our brief conversation, I requested a supervisor. he advised he was the supervisor and referred to give me any information to submit a complaint on the way I was being turned. I was hung up on 2x before receiving a different rep who gave me the company before transferring me back to the previous Rep "operator 4". This was by far the worst experience i have ever had.

This company answers phone calls on behalf of my property management company. There is a water leak in my house and I have been trying to get in touch with my property manager but I have to go through this gatekeeper. They keep telling me that they can only send a request or open a ticket; they can't transfer me to my property manager or make my property manager give me a call. They don't care how critical the situation is, and they have no empathy for the customers. They talked to me rudely and even hung up on me. Your little help could save me thousands of dollars. Don't act like machines; be human!
