The female owner has been unpleasant almost every time we call. Most recently, we called to make a payment and the payment was not posted to our account. When I called to check she told me that I did not know how to pay bills, said that we NEVER called to make the payment, and hung up on me. I received a fax later stating that that we did in fact call but it was not "forwarded to the correct department". All I want is to pay our balance, and stop accruing late fees. So since they do not answer the phone, our balance cannot be paid and thus is accruing late fees I'm sure, and they are still charging our account every time they send someone to our office even though we have asked them to stop. I would not recommend this company, just because of the past two weeks. I feel like they are trying to take advantage of our "contract", and take as much money from us as possible. I guess they can afford to lose customers over a $25 late fee that they refuse to resolve with our office.

Just got off the phone with Janie at Envirotech Carriers in Corpus Christi. When I inquired as to the $75.78 "mystery" charge on my account, I was told that when we'd signed a contract in 2000 (13 years ago) which states that we have to schedule a pick up every 3 months or there's a $21. charge whether they come by or not." I hadn't paid the $21. b/c I didn't know what it was for so there's now a huge "late fee" for something I didn't even buy.She also informed me that "my contract automatically renews every 3 years and that it renewed in March of 2012" so I'm supposedly locked in till March of 2015!! I asked Janie to send me a copy of that contract(she informed me that I should have it) and she said that if it was in storage, that there would be a charge for retreiving the contract. I asked to speak to the owner (who she said is named Milo Diaz) and she said she'd take a message and have Mr. Diaz call me. I'm amazed at all these charges! Is this legal?
