Emergency Pet Clinic

The minute you walk in the door, prepare to have your money ready!! I had an emergency & they wanted the office visit payment first. Then they worked up this quote of procedures they were going to do. Meanwhile, my pet was sitting in the back in a cage...untouched!!! She was in distress with a baby hanging out of her & they were more worried about collecting money. The quote i agreed to had to be paid upfront before they helped my pet! What kind of place is this!??? Help the animal in distress! Will never go back or refer anyone there! They obviously care about $ more than animals!
