An excellent grooming salon! My dogs love going there and always look adorable when I pick them up. The salon is clean and organized. The new owners Rachel and Diana truly care about the pets in their care and go out of the way to make sure your pets are well taken care of during their stay. When I first started going there I was turned off by the original owner. She was unprofessional, lacked people skills and had a childish attitude when it came to dealing with customer issues. I am very glad she is gone and have heard she is upset that the new owners are getting more business than she ever did. As a result she is spreading rumors to drive them out of business. None of her statements are true. She is yet again showing her childish and unprofessional ways. I look forward to taking my dogs there for a long time to come and visiting with the nice new owners.

If you love your pet AVOID this awful pet grooming salon! My sisters and I were long time customers until recently. My baby (teacup Yorkie) was showing sign and symptoms of an infection less than 24 hours after a grooming trip to this salon (fever, wouldn't sit due to pain on bottom, extremely lethargic, not eating, etc.) When his symptoms got worse over the course of the weekend I decided to take him in to the Vet. Due to my hectic work schedule my father volunteered to take my baby in. According to the Vet, my baby had clipper irritation on his man area! The Vet asked if my dog had been groomed recently. Well, put two and two together. Total cost of incident that could have been avoided $180 ($130 dollars- Vet fee including antibiotic, plus $50-grooming fee). I contacted the salon owner numerous times to resolve this matter and to reimburse me for the fees. To my surprise the owner did not reimburse me, did not apologize and to make matters worse, my teacup Yorkie received an awful haircut. The salon owner's response to the incident " if you had brought Peter in like I had asked, I could have given him a home remedy". Really lady! I will be posting pictures soon. AVOID this awful salon!
