New Life Assembly

I had not intended to attend anywhere for a really long time. Too many bad experiences...however, upon arriving at New Life Assembly in Corning, I felt welcomed and cared about. Linda Gonzales has never failed to greet me or anyone that walk through the doors with open arms...and Pastor JR has been to every graduation, and celebration that time would permit...He has attended funerals and birthday parties and celebrations of every kind...going out of his way to visit the elderly of the church and those who are ill. They are so selfless and caring. What an amazing pair to be so caring and considerate to set their own personal time aside to attend to the flock of New life! Thank you God for sending them to us!

Having attended there for several months, we stopped going. Although we really liked the members of the church, unfortunately, we were less than impressed with the pastor of the church. We would not recommend going there if pastoral care or pastoral leadership skills are important to you. However, if you are looking for socialization, or companionship with fellow church members, it is an excellent church to be involved with. This was merely our experience, others may fare better than we did.
